Enrolment in Glenavon
What you will need to bring for enrollment:
- Birth certificate/passport- proof of birth
- Immunisation records- Plunket or any other record
- Legal documents for custody (if applicable)
- Bank account number and name of account (deposit slip)
- List of people picking up children with address and contact numbers
- Iwi affiliation (if applicable)
- Doctor’s name and address and phone number
- Medication and allergy list if present and health report if applicable
- Email address
- Emergency contact numbers (other than people picking up child)
Flexible learning options-
30 hours free ECE is available for 3 and 4 year olds per week, not exceeding 6 hours Free ECE per day
The Centre is able to offer flexible learning options to meet the learning needs of the child and the needs of whanau:
Monday to Thursday-

8.30am -2.30pm
Morning
8.30am -12.30pm
9.30am-1.30pm
Afternoon
12.30pm-3.00pm
11.30-3.30- if spaces are available
Friday-
Full Day
8.00am -2.00pm
Morning
8.30am -12.30
Please note that the Centre is licensed from 7.45 am to 4.30 pm five days a week. Whanau needing longer or different hours will be considered for enrolment, based on Head Teacher’s decision and individual whanau’s need. Few spaces available for 2-3 year old.
